The agreement between Napoleon and Pope Pius VII restoring the Roman Catholic Church in France and Rome. Napoleon was also able to nominate bishops. -

Battle of Waterloo
Just south of Brussels and near the village of Waterloo, Napoleon lead his army of around 72,000 troops against the 68,000 British troops. As Napoleon waited to attack because the ground was wet, 30,000 Prussians were on their way and attacked the French, vastly out numbering them in the end and the French lost.
