Won My First Computer In 3rd Grade
My third grade teacher held a contest to give away her old computer because she was buying a new one. You could win entries by making good grades and doing well in class. I remember wanting the computer more than anything and when they drew my name I was in disbelief. This was my first computer and it started my lifelong love for technology. (Image from Pintrest) -

Got A Job To Buy A Macbook
I had owned PC's for years and none of the ones I owned lasted more than a few years each. I knew that I would be going to college soon and wanted to invest in a good computer that would last me at least until I graduated. I got a job working at Chick-Fil-A and saved money over the course of a year to buy a Macbook Pro. I later did a few upgrades to it. Though I have upgraded computers since then, I gave that Macbook to my parents and it still runs great to this day. (Image from Engadget) -
