Started to Read for Fun
It wasn't until I was pregnant with my daughter Michaela that I actually started reading for fun. This was the time when Vampire books and other fantasy book series really started to come out. I started reading Twilight. -
Read to Michaela- Favorite Book to read to her was The Kissing Hand
I highly encouraged reading with my daughter because I did not want her to have the same difficulties that I did growing up so faithfully every single day I read to her until she was old enough to start reading on her own. I am proud to say that by the time Michaela was in First grade she was reading at a fourth-grade level! She has always been extremely advanced in reading and writing. -
