In this dystopian novel, the world has been ravaged by mass flooding.The the U.S has been cut in half and the two sides are now waging war against each other. Day, in the western part of the U.S is the most wanted viglante, fighting against the corrupt dictatorship that abuses the lower class. June, the Republic's most elite soldier is sent after Day to kill him. This is my favorite book that I've read for the entire year. The plot is fast moving and I actually cared about my characters. -
A Boy at War-1st Marking Period

A boy witnesses his father's ship sink at Pearl Harbor as the Japanese stage a surprise attack in 1941. As he looks for his father, he is mistaken for a U.S solider and is able to temporarily experience the life of a solider under stress and enemy fire.
0/5 It's just plain out bad book. it comes with a bad story-line and characters that I never really cared about. -
The Outsiders
I would rate this novel 1 out of 5 stars There are two groups in the small town in which the story takes place. The Socs and the Greasers. The Greasers are constantly being bullied by the Socs and is the major conflict in the novel. This book had a horrible plot and characters I did not care about. -
And Then There Were None-2nd Workshop Novel

A group of people are mysteriously being invited to an island by a so-called old "friend". However, each day that the guests are there, one of them dies. I absolutely love this book and is made by one of my favorite authors. The characters and the plot are wonderfully made, and it is almost completely impossible to actually know who will kill who. -
Maze Runner
I rate this book 5 out of 5 stars.
A group of teens are being held captive in a lethal maze and are desperately trying to find a way out before they are killed.
Thomas and Teresa are one of the teens and seem to have a special gift that may help the others get out of the maze, which is the main conflict. I like this book a lot because of the fast paced plot and the way the characters act naturally throughout the book. -
Ghosts of War-3rd Marking Period Novel ((MP3 = Feb 4, 2016 - April 21, 2016))
I rate this book 5/5 starts This is the real life story of A 17 year old G.I that signs up for the military after the events of 9/11. In the dangerous middle east, he encounters the Taliban and almost dies several times. I like this book because the author does not try to hide anything or sugar coat his experiences. -

The New Receiver of Memory, Jonas, is struggling to accept what the Elders have done to the world of the Community. The main conflict of this story are the Elders, as Jonas believes that they have chosen wrong. I believe that the book is good and enjoyable, but I have already read this in the past and isn't as exciting anymore. -
