I would rate this novel a 3 out of 5 stars. This book is about a boy named Kii Yazhi from Navajo who is taken away from his family and taken to a military school where he learns how to talk in code. He had to learn how to talk in code so that he and his fellow classmate so that they can help with the war that is happening in the country. I liked this book because it talks about how people where treated back then and how the wars back then was and what it took to win the war. -
1st marking period- Twilight
I would rate this book a 4 out of 5 stars. This book is about a girl named Bella who moves back to her home town to live with her dad. While she is there she mets a guy amed edward who turnes out to be a vampier she also meets an old friend jacod who is a wearwolf. Through out the story edward and bella fall in love but also jacob falls in love with bella too. There is alot of drama, aticipation, action, and adventure in this book. These traits make the book a better book. -
The out Sider
I would rate this book a 5 out of 5 stars. The Out siders is about a group of boys who are in a gang that are known to be bad people but really aren't. There is also another gand in the town that they live in called the Socs who are thought to be the nice guys but aren't. They book follows they lives of the 7 boys in the " bad' gang and their differences between each other and how they are being miss judged in the community. -
2nd marking period- Harry potter and the chamber of secrets
I would rate this a 5 out of 5 stars. This book is about a boy named Harry who is going into his second year of Hogwarts a school. While at the school harry and his two best friends Ron and Hermione see a message left on the wall that was written with blood. When the rest of the school sees the message they auctomaticly think harry and his friends were the ones who wrote the message but it wasn't harry and his friends. So they go on a adventure to rigure out who wrote the message on the wall.
