My nonno (grandfather) came to Canada. He came earlier than the rest of the family so he could get a job. He took a boat across the Atlantic Ocean. My nonno lived in Montreal for 6 months before deciding that Toronto was the place they should call home. -
Maria Mastantuono & family came to Canada
Once my grandfather found a job with a steady income it was time for the rest of the family to come to Canada. My grandmother and her four boys came to Canada on a boat across the Atlantic. The boat took them to New York, and from there they took a train to Toronto. -
