My 20's
I will eat a lot of vegetables and fruits at this time and go to the gym everyday at four in the morning to do a hard workout. I will have a decent healthcare plan and take the shots and medication I need every year. -
My 30's
I will focus on eating well , especially because by this time I will have children and not be as active as I can be. But I will take small walks every day with my kids, go to the park and play with them. I will have health insurance for my entire family. -
My 40's
Because I'm a little older I will eat more vitamin enriched foods and make sure I'm getting my weekly exercise. My health care will be a little better and I will keep everything up to date on my doctors appointments. -
My 50's
I will be taking vitamins and supplements for my health so that I'm okay. I will still eat healthy and go on small walks everyday to keep up with my health.My health insurance will include more like my life insurance and whatnot. -
My 60's
I will be eating healthy and taking long walks everyday. I will still be taking vitamins and going to the doctors monthly. I will be taking my shots and keep up to date with medical records. I want to live a long healthy life.
