My Birthday.
On February 9th, 2007, I was born at Mercy Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri. As of February 2020, I am 13 years old. -
My First Baseball Game.
My first baseball game was a regular season game between the St. Louis Cardinals and the Pittsburgh Pirates at Busch Stadium in St. Louis, Missouri. The Pirates won the game 6-1. -
My First Hockey Game
My first hockey game was a preseason game between the St. Louis Blues and the Atlanta Thrashers. The game was at the Scottrade(Now Enterprise)Center in St. Louis, Missouri. The Thrashers won the game 3-1. The Thrashers would move to Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada in the Summer of 2011 and become the Winnipeg Jets. -
Barack Obama is elected President of US.
November 4, 2008 was when Voting Day was. Democrat Barack Obama won with 365 votes against Republican John McCain who had 173 votes. Obama would serve two terms from 2008-2016. He was sworn in as President on January 20, 2009. -
TJ Oshie Shootout hero vs Russia
On Saturday February 15, 2014, The US Hockey team played Russia in 2014 Sochi. The US and Russia were tied at 2 on to a shootout. Former St. Louis Blues(Now Washington Capitals) Forward T. J. scored numerous times in the shootout against Florida Panthers goalie Sergei Bobrovsky to give the Americans a 3-2 Shootout win against Russia. -
Donald Trump elected President.
On November 8, 2016, Donald Trump was elected as the 45th President of the US. Donald Trump now (as of February 2020) is going to run again in 2020 but was impeached on December 18, 2019. -
St. Louis Blues win Stanley Cup.
The St. Louis Blues had never won a cup in their history. That changed on June 12, 2019 when they beat the Boston Bruins in 7 games to win their first ever Stanley Cup in their history. -
Donald Trump Impeached
The second part of 2019 had been crazy for the United States. There was talk about what if Donald Trump was impeached. Then the White House had began the impeachment trial on Donald Trump. On December 18, 2019, Donald Trump was officially impeached. Only three presidents had been impeached before. Andrew Johnson in 1868, Richard Nixon in 1974 and Bill Clinton in 1999. -
Brexit
There was talk beginning in 2016 about the United Kingdom leaving the European Union. The British Parliament numerous votes and on January 31, 2020, the UK had officially broken away from Europe. As of today, the UK is still allies with many of their European neighbors as the UK is geographically next to Europe. -
My First Basketball Game
Of the Four major sports, I had never seen an NBA game in my life. That changed on February 7, 2020 when my favorite team, The Toronto Raptors played the Indiana Pacers at Bankers Life Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, Indiana. I was traveling to Indianapolis for my 13th birthday that weekend. The Raptors won the game 115-106. It was my 3rd road game.
