War and chaos was breaking loose all through the states because there wasn't a way to get people in control. There wasnt one person with bigger power than the others to reign in control -
Starting control
People with the most money banned to together to create some peace. People listened to them at the start because they had money there for were more powerful. Until people slowly stopped because they were tired of going by rules they hated and had no say in. -
Government was born
After quicly realizing people werent listening and trying out thousands of other ways to get them to listen what it came down to was pleasing the people. By doing this meant the citizens got to help pick and choose laws, be aoart of there everyday lives and have a say in the rules and the people that rule them. -
Taking action
The citizens started to agree with the government chaos went down very much and the states were calmer. The people took intrest in the government and kept up with who they would be listening to.
