Goal Setting
After discussion with my teacher and classmates, I have set a goal to decrease my mile time to 10:00 flat. I will train over the next couple of weeks until the final mile test arrives! -

I will use the C25K app to complete interval trainings throughout week 1 of training. I will train 4x per week -

I will use HasFit Tabata Cardio training videos to improve my overall cardiovascular endurance during week 2 of training. -

Week 3 - Practice Miles
Using my increased cardiovascular endurance from my previous 2 weeks of training, I will run 2 practice miles before Friday (11/13) to see where I stand so far -
FINAL MILE DAY!!!!
I accomplished my goal of a 10:00 mile by running a 9:47 mile on the final post-test for the mile run. My trainings have paid off and I have definitely noticed an improvement in my endurance!
