Attachment toward my mother grew as I was never put in day care or had other people take care of me. My mom was a stay at home mom and took care of me and my sister. -

Cognitive Development
I started Montessori school. Also at this age is when I started to mimic things my older sister would do who is two years older than me. -
Psychosocial Development
Started gaining friendships within my school and enjoyed activities with other children my own age. -

This is when I joined a soccer team for the first time. -

Middle Childhood

Biosocial Development
I continued playing sports, but now I stared playing ones that I personally though I would enjoy, so I started playing ice hockey. -
Cognitive Development
I started finding interest in certain subjects such as Math and Sciences. -
Psychosocial Development
This was the first time I experienced loss in my family when my uncle passed away and felt the emotion that comes with loss. -

Adolescence

Biosocial Development
At this age I became more aware of the impact of playing sports on my health and really worked hard on my nutrition and staying active, sometimes playing 3 sports at once. -
Cognitive Development
I went to a college prep high school, so when I entered high school, I started taking harder classes and pushing myself to learn more. -
Psychosocial Development
With starting high school, I learned more about myself and my peers and the type of person I wanted to be and who they wanted to be which caused me to gain, and also lose, friendships based on our identities. -

Emerging Adulthood

Biosocial Development
At this age, I was out of my own house in college and living in a dorm so I had to figure out living on my own and keeping up with exercise and nutrition without having my parents there to remind me. -
Psychosocial Development
Starting at a new college that no one from my school went to, I started to make all new friendships that were also more based on common interests, morals, and career paths. -
Cognitive Development
I had finished my first semester of college was now taking harder classes that would help me towards my major and learn information I would have to use for my career. -

Adulthood

Cognitive Development
I will be a neonatal nurse practitioner and be using the information I learned and apply it to my job. -
Psychosocial Development
I will work part time in order to have an active role raising my family, but also be able to make some money support my family financially as well. I also will be volunteering as a Nurse in my free time. -
Biosocial Development
I will be using my knowledge of exercise and nutrition that I grew up learning and apply it to my current health and try to keep myself feeling young. -

Late Adulthood

I will be noticing the effects of aging on my body so I will be taking care of myself to prevent diseases and continuing as much exercise as my body can handle, and focus on my nutrition. -
Cognitive Development
I will be trying to prevent memory loss and the slowing down of my thinking process by doing mind and word games like sudoku and cross word puzzles. -
Psychosocial Development
I will be focusing on maintaining relationships with family and friends and remaining active for my personal well-being. -
Death
I predict I will live into the next century if I am able to maintain a high quality of life. I will have lived a life of hapiness, good health, and positive relationships.
