Birth
I was born -
Autonomy: Punching a kid
I remember a kid insulted my dad during something at our preschool and I whacked him. Asserting my dominance as usual. -
Trust v. Mistrust
My 2 sisters were born & I don't think I liked the lack of attention due to them being twins and all. It's whatever, but I grew apart from my sisters. -
Industry: Met 1st "best friend"
Met my first best friend Allison in our 1st grade class. We are still friends to this day. (this picture is us hanging out in 7th grade being super cute) -
Period: to
Inferiority: Middle School
Inferiority/Identity: Was a really bad time. I didn't have many friends, I was made fun of for my weight/looks, and my sister almost died. Not a fun time. (After my sister's near-death I kind of floated away from my family also, and haven't been close w/ them ever since) -
Role confusion: 7th grade
this year I shifted through friends and didn't have a set group of people I was friends with. -
Period: to
Role confusion: sophomore year
I lost like 30 pounds, shifted through friends, and I'm still kind of going through this as I don't have a "set" group of friends. To put it short, sophomore year is my so far worst year of high school. 2nd behind worst year of my life to 7th grade. -
Identity vs. Role Confusion : Dropping out of dance
Identity: I had danced for 13 years and I quit this year. I realized I didn't like dancing and I wasn't happy hanging out with the group of people that I had always danced with. -
Identity: Got job at coffee shop
Got my first job at Caribou Coffee -
Identity: Quit 1st job & got new one
Got a new job at Kaldi's coffe. -
Identity: Graduate High School
The goal is to graduate PH and then prepare for Columbia College Chicago. -
College Graduation
Hopefully by now, I will have a degree in Photojournalism or Photography and will be able to go on and live a fun life. -
Generativity: Get photojournalist job
Get a job at National Geographic (its a long shot but who cares) -
Generativity: Open own coffee shop
Eventually in life I would like to own my own coffee shop
