    February 1979 - First doctor's visit and exam
    March, 1979 - Rolled over for first time
    April, 1979 - Slept through the night
    May, 1979 - Sat up for the first time
    May, 1979 - Begin playing with rattles and teddy bears
    May, 1979 - Begin eating solid foods
    June, 1979 - Crawled for the first time

    January 1979- January 1980:
    I was a happy well rounded child full or curiosity.
    I enjoyed interacting and playing with my older siblings and cousins.
    May 1980 - Fully potty trained
    Febuary 1980 - Begin Feeding myself completley

    I had a pretty healthy appetite as a child. My favorite foods were hamburgers, french fries, peas and chicken.

    1981-I was a right handed child.
    1984- I was approximatley 4 inches tall
    1985- My hair touched the center of my back.
    1985- I contracted the chicken pox from my older siblings
    1985- I lost my first tooth

    Sept. 1982 - I started attending preschool
    I Listened to stories in circle time in preschool.
    1984 - I Learned to ride bike without training wheels.
    I begin to engage in pretend play with my family and classmates.
    1985 - Entered Kindergarten
    1985 - I Learned to tie my shoes. Learned to fully groom and dress myself.
    1985 - I Learned my alphabet and numbers as well as how to write my full name, address and phone number.
    June 1985 - Graduated from Kindergarten.
    Sept. 1986 - Entered first grade.

    1983 - Interacted with other kids and made friends at pre-school. Begin to play with kitchen sets and doll houses. Enjoyed physical outdoor play at preschool playground.

    Ages: 6 - 11 years old: Biosocial - Cognitive - Psychosocial Development

    1986 -Learned to climb a rope, and other various gymnastic activities in gym classes at school. Became physically stronger and more flexible as a result of taking dance lessons after school.
    Begin taking the Meap test in school.
    1987- Broke my index finger playing basketball in school.

    1986- I started receiving report cards: I was a straight A-B student throughout grade school.
    1987- I started learning more about math, science and history in school. I was introduced to more standerdized testing like the CAT and Meap tests.
    1987 - I started expressing my thoughts and emotions by writing in a daily journal at school.
    1988 - I begin playing the clarinet in the school band.
    1989 - I won the school spelling bee
  • Middle Childhood: Psychosocial

    1988 - Begin spending weekends and summers at my cousin's homes. My mother begin working outside of the home, we begin to spend less family time together. My father loosing his job created more dysfunction in the home. I stared to notice boys more and started liking their attention.

    1989 - I attended church every Sunday and Wednesday for bible study. I was very well liked at school and quite popular. 1990- I begin to witness less affection & more arguing and fighting amongst my parents.

    1991 -Begin to experience physical changes as a result of entering puberty. I begin to develop breast as well as menstruate. 1993- My height increased to about 5ft. 4 inches and my feet grew to a size 6 woman's shoe.

    1995- I begin to wear eye glasses because I was near sighted.
    1996- I became sexually active
    I begin to stress out more about becoming and adult and going to college.

    1992- Entered middle school. Started working on more research projects in school.
    1993 - Won science fair 1st place prize for a project on ethel alcohol. 1995- Graduated from middle school as class Validictorian. Achieved overall 3.9 G.P.A. Graduated with honors.
    1994 - Entered High School. Begin to struggle with math and science classes. 1996 - Took ACT exam for college.
    1996- Begin working my first job at an elementary school
    1997 - Graduated in top 10 percentile of my graduating class.
  • Adolescence: Psychosocial

    1993 - I became less associated with church.

    1994 - Responsibilities and chores increased at home.
    1995 - I started associating with a new group of friends. I begin dating consistently. My relationship with my parents became more distant and strained.

    1996 - Received my drivers liscense.
    1997- Attended my senior prom. I begin experimenting with alchohol occassionally at parties.
  • Emerging Adulthood: Biosocial

    1998- I was not very health consious in my 20's, I had poor eating habits, a unhealthy diet that consisted of fast foods and too much processed foods. I rarely worked out in a gym and I became less physically active once I begin working a sit down data entry job.
    1999 - Developed first cavity in my tooth. My teeth became very sensitive.
    2003 - Had surgery to remove my gallbladder.
    2004 - Became more health consious and begin eating less greasy fatty foods and more fruits and vegtables.

    1998 - Begin working at MichCon Gas Co. I begin to develop new friendships with co-workers.
    1999 - Purchased my first car 1997 Dodge Stratus - Burgandy-.
    1999 - Quit working for MichCon Gas. Co. I begin working for Iron Mountain, it was more pay and ample overtime.
    2001 - Leased an apartment with my boyfriend. I begin engaging in more social activities with my boyfriend.

    1999 - Begin attending college at Wayne state University. I struggledd in college because of poor study habits and bad time management skills.

    2000 - Begin having trouble balancing long work hours with full time college schedule.
    Withdrew from Wayne State in order to work more overtime hours at work.
    2001 - I begin budgeting money better to pay my bills.

  • Adulthood: Psychosocial (2005 - 2008)

    2005 - Begin looking for new employment in order to increase earnings. I seperate from my boyfriend and move in with parents in order to stabalize my finances. My friendships begin to dismantle and working relationships become estranged.

    2006 - Relationship with mother becomes closer.

    2007 - Start dating new boyfriend. I start working a second job at a telemarketing firm. Purchase new vehicle (2005 Grand Prix). Financially overwhelmed with expenses involved in raising triplets.
  • Adulthood: Biosocial (2005-2008)

    2005 - Begin to experience carpel tunnel pains in my hands.
    2007 - I became pregnant with triplets. I became increasingly stressed over impending delivery of triplets. 8/29/07 - Gave birth to triplets via C-section. I experienced a great deal of physical pain after having C-section. Begin to experience anxiety, fear and stress about raising triplets.
    2008 - Struggle to loose weight after having babies.
    2010 - Diagnosed with high blood pressure.
  • Adulthood: Cognitive (2005-2013)

    2005 - Begin to make more sound financial decisions.
    2006 - I am not being mentally challenged at my job. 2009 - Return to college at Schoolcraft College. Enjoy learning new things in college. 2010 - I become very skilled at multi tasking motherhood with being a full time college student. 2012 - Graduated from Schoolcraft College with Associates degree in Business.
    2013 - Constantly acquring more knowledge/wisdom about life and relationships.
  • Adulthood: Psychosocial (2007 - 2017)

    2007 - Lost job because of bed rest with triplet pregnacy. 2008 - Moved into a new apartment with my babies and their father.

    2010 - Placed kids in an early childhood learning center.

    2012 - Begin having more of a social life.

    2014 - Relocate myself and my children to Atlanta, GA. Purchase my first home.

    2015 - Start own catering business. Become increasingly involved in my children's academic life and their athletic abilities.
    2017 - Start preparing my children to enter middle school
  • Adulthood: Biosocial (2010 - 2014)

    2010- Diagnosed with high blood pressure. 2011 - Begin experiencing deficits in short term memory.
    2012- Sleep patterns begin to change, I start becoming very fatigued due to low iron. Mental stress increases.
    2014- Have tubaligation surgery. 2015 - Hair begins to thin on edges and a few gray hairs emerge. Begin to develop dark under eye circles.
    2019- I turn 40 years old. Hair is now 30 percent gray. I start worrying constantly about triplets becoming teenagers.
  • Adulthood: Cognitive (2014-2029)

    2014 - Mentally struggling with decision not to have anymore children.

    2017 - Begin researching and developing my own catering/vending company.
    2018 - Start educating myself on the process of running a business.

    2020 - Officially diagnosed with bi-polar disorder.
    2028 - Experiencing feelings of denial regarding breast cancer diagnosis. Start going through extreme depression over health status. 2029 - Begin to make inner peace about impending death.
  • Adulthood: Biosocial (2020-2024)

    2020- I begin experiencing lower back pains and stiffness in joints/muscles. My weight is beginning to fluxuate. My vision is beginning to deminish.

    2022- My stress levels are constantly rising. I am mentally and physically struggling with caring for elderly mother. 2023 - Begin experiencing feelings of seperation anxiety from my sons. My mother passes away. I begin to struggle with grief and emerging depression.
    2024- Emotionally overjoyed seeing my sons graduate from high school.
  • Adulthood: Biosocial (2025 - 2028)

    2025 - I get married 7/15/2025. Feeling excited and emotionally secure. I begin experiencing symptoms of menapause.
    2026 - I begin to experience empty nest syndrome, I am often lonely and depressed. 2028 - I am diagnosed with stage three breast cancer. I physically struggle with the harmful effects of radiation and chemotheraphy. I have a mascetomy. My health begins to deteorate rapidly. I am mentally struggling to accept the reality of my impending death.
  • Adulthood: Psychosocial (2029-2030)

    2029 - I go to chemotheraphy appointments 3 times a week. I begin to stay secluded in my home with my husband. I begin attending church services on a regular basis. I pray a great deal throughout the day. 2030- I create a living will with the aid of my husband and children. I am admitted to hospice care to live out my remaining days of life. I pass away December 2030. My funeral is a beautiful homegoing celebration.
  • Adulthood: Biosocial (2028-2030)

    2029 - I begin to suffer tremendously from the ill effects of breast cancer and the chemotheraphy. I am very tired, weak and fragile. I have lost a temendous amount of weight. I have lost all of my hair and I am constantly in physical pain. 2030 - I loose my battle with breast cancer and I pass away on December 15, 2030 at the age of 51.
