  • Breakfast

    One poptart pack, one bagel with cream cheese
  • Walking to class

    After breakfast, I walked to class
  • Snack

    During class, I ate one banana
  • Gym class

    Basketball- 30 minutes
    6 laps around the track- 14 minutes
    Practice push up test- 11 push ups
    Stretches- 5 minutes
    Soccer- 35 minutes
  • Lunch

    Chicken sandwich with lettuce, tomato, ketchup, french fries, pint of milk, and one chocolate chip cookie
  • Basketball practice

    Sprints- 20 minutes
    Shooting practice- 25 minutes
    Running laps- 15 minutes
    Scrimmages- 45 minutes
  • Dinner

    Salisbury steak, mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans, 3 glasses of milk
  • After dinner snack

    Granola bar
