Joan Of Arc- Bill and Ted's Excellent Adv.
Joan Of Arc was first mentioned by ill and Ted's History teacher when they thought that Joan of Arc was Noah's wife.
FACT CHECK: She led liberations as a woman convincing Charles V| to let her dress as a man . Not long though she was captured and burned to a stake for breaking laws such as a woman dressing like a man and witchcraft. My connection to this would be how women's rights have changed for the better and I rate the movie 4 stars. -

August 3rd- 1492
Christopher Columbus set out on his first voyage to what came to be known as the New World. With three ships and a crew of ninety, Columbus hoped to find a western route to the Far East. Instead, the Nina , the Pinta , and the Santa Maria landed in the Bahama Islands. My connection to this is his thirst for adventure and truth because I am the same way in a way. -

Christopher Columbus Set Sail- 1492 Conquest of Paradise
At this time Christopher Columbus set sail in search of New Land, Gold, and to spread the Catholic Religion. I can relate to Christopher Columbus' adventurous side because I can be a very adventurous person myself. I rate the movie as 5 stars because it kept me awake and interested. -
12 Years A Slave-1841
[Event] This is the year that Solomon leaves his family to go on a business trip with two men coming to find out they drug him into becoming a slave. [FC] This events that happened in the film actually happened in real life and was seen by Solomon with his own eyes. [Connect] The connection I made is how that there is still slavery in many forms happening today. [R] I rate the film ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ because It was done with a lot of passion, pain, and detail almost as if you were there seeing it yourself. -
Forrest Gump- 1951
Forrest as a child is being fitted for leg braces because he has a curved spine and can't walk properly. I can't relate to this because I don't know anybody with this kind of problem. I give this movie 4.5 stars because it teaches a lot of lessons. -
Selma- 1964
Martin Luther King Jr. accepts his nobel peace prize for his nonviolent resistance to racial prejudice in America. I can really only relate to this because I have received numerous prizes but obviously nothing like a nobel peace prize. I give this movie 5 stars. -
