  • First varsity basketball game

    First varsity basketball game
    I was even more nervous playing in the varsity game. We were playing Shanley at their gym. In the second half I got some minutes. We lost that game by thirty in the end.

  • First AAU game

    My first AAU game I was really nervous to play. I didn't know the other girls that well either. The tournament was in Minneapolis and we played some team from Iowa. We ended up winning that game by four points.

  • First time starting

    After playing varsity all year I was excited to start as an eighth grader. It was the EDC play-in game and we were playing Sheyene. We played really well that game but lost. That was our last game of the season

  • First AAU tournament won

    My first year of AAU our team didn't win a lot of games. Now as my second year of AAU came around I was feeling a lot more confident. We got first place at our second tournament that year.

  • First EDC appearence

    We really turned it this year around and made it to the EDC tournament after winning two games in two years. We played at Red River first round and lost. Our next game we played Fargo North at the SHAC and ended up losing.

  • Gonzaga

    Gonzaga
    As a summer trip for the basketball team we went all the way to Spokane, Washington. We rented a cabin on a lake and this was where our team became very close. We did a lot of team bonding things which really helped us reach our potential.
    Along with all the activities we did, we went to the Gonzaga team camp. We went 8-1 out there, losing our last game to the Alaskan State Champions for the past two years by 3 points. We participated in a 3 on 3 tournament as well and got 1st place.

    After two years of playing ND Pro we switched and decided to play for ND Attack. Me and Taryn got to play on same team for her last year of AAU.

  • Second EDC apperance

    We played Shanely first round of the tournament. We lost by ten at their home court. Our last game we played Sheyene and ended our season there.

  • Last game with my sister

    Last game with my sister
    The last game with my sister was in the EDC tournament. After losing the game and losing the opportunity to play another game with sister I was pretty upset, but I know now she will accomplish great things at VCSU.

  • Grand Am

    Grand Am
    Fourth year of AAU started off good as our team took third place in the Grand Am tournament this year. I'm excited to see how our team will do in the future
