Seoul

Taroko Gorge, Taiwan
On a short vacation from teaching in Korea I visited Taroko Gorge in eastern Taiwan. -
Eating Live Octopus
MmmmmBack in Korea, here's a video of the plate of squirming octopus tentacles that I not-so-reluctantly consumed :) -
Koh Tao, Thailand
I put more Southeast Asian pics in my ebook, so I've left out most over here but I couldn't resist the little bit of paradise where I learned to scuba dive in Thailand. -
Marseille, France
Next adventure was moving to Marseille for 9 months, where I found an apartment downtown next to Cathedrale de la Major. -

Riot after Egypt vs AlgeriaWouldn't be Marseille without a soccer riot. -
Christmas in London
Couldn't go home so I went to London for the first time despite having lots of family there. -

Lived the dream, going to the World Cup in South Africa -
