This was the first day of the our experiment with milk. The milk was 8.8 degrees celcius, it had a PH of 6, the color of it was white with avery liquidy texture. When we measured how much was in the flask, there was 125 ML of milk. -

Day 2 of the experiment
On the second day of our experiment, we looked at the milk again, and the temperature of the milk had risen by a lot. Temperature was 23.2 degrees celcius, it had a PH of 7. The color was white, but it was cloudy. The texture started to thicken, but it still had liquid. The measurement of the milk was 124 ML. -
Day 3 of the experiment
On day 3, the milk had changed a lot since day 1.The temperature didn't change very much. The milk had a temperature of 22.4 degrees celcius, with a PH of 7. The color of it was a solid white and the texture was very thick...very little liquid was in it. The measurement came out to be 124 ML. -
The final day of the experiment
On the final day of the experiment, the milk was very rotten. It had a temperature of 22.3 degrees celcius with a PH level of 6. The color of it had changed a lot...it went from being white to having a yellowish color added to the white. The texture of the milk was liquidy and thick. The measurement of the milk was 124 ML.
