It killed four and harmed more than 50. It was caused by FALN. It was located at Fraunces Tavern. FALN was led by Filiberto Ojeda Ríos...he was one of the FBI's most wanted. The reason why they did this was to draw attention to what they described as the "colonial condition" of Puerto Rico through armed action against the United States government and the military. They told the people that they were the one's who did it by using the press.

1987 Hipercor bombing
