First job at CLC
In the Fall of 2015, I applied to be a Community Learning Center Aide and it took my life down a different path. I absolutely love this job and it really helped me in deciding what I wanted to do with my life. -

Started Subbing
Working as a substitute teacher has also really shown me what I want to do with my future. If you asked me a year ago if I would ever teach I would probably laugh at you, but I absolutely LOVE it. I love guiding and watching them throughout the day and it just makes me so happy to be making a difference. -
How turtles are born?

When do turtles grow?
Several years after turtles are born they start to grow. This usually occurs between ages 2-5. Overlapping sheets of keratin make up scutes that cover the turtle and as the shell grows so does the turtle. Their shells peel away so that new and bigger scales can grow. When do turtles mate?

When and how do turtles die?
Some theories say that turtles can live forever, but this just is not true. Injury, predation, and disease will eventually kill them, but some turtles can live up to 150 years.
