    Indian Migration
The partition was outlined in the Indian Independence Act in 1947 and resulted in the dissolution of the British Raj, i.e. Crown rule in India. The two self-governing independent Dominions of India and Pakistan legally came into existence at midnight on 15 August 1947. An estimated 11 million people eventually migrated between the two parts of Punjab, and possibly 1 million people died in the inter-communal violence.

    International Migration
International migration is the movement of people across international borders for the purpose of settlement. International migrants change their usual place of residence from one country to another. One example is many people who had migrated by the war of Russia & Ukraine. A 11 year-old boy named Hussain Pisecka in Ukraine travelled 1000 Kilo-meters by foot with a phone number and address in his hand and a dream. He went to Slovakia and then got a happy welcome from the Slovakian citizens.
