The Vikings were from Scandinavia and they are called indo European people. The Vikings made a lot of Raids which are attacks but who take stuff. They made raids through Europe. They killed almost everybody that came in there way. In 860 A.D another branch of brutal vikings moved into Russia to trade with Constantinople. -
Charlemagne
Charlemagne was crowned emperor, by King Leo III. Since Leo III crownrd Charemagne he protected him. Charlemagne was the emperor of the franks. Leo III was a Pope of the Ctholic Church.
