Michael did show a little humility to cry during his speech, but sometimes a man has to know when to be humble. Everybody in the room already knew he was the best player to ever play. He still choose to brag about himself. It seemed a bit out of place a man that was in his fifties to be that childish. Some people might respect the fact that he's not afraid to speak his mind, but it would have probably been better to thank his teammates or coaches even if he felt like he didn't need them.
