Alfonso Marin Morales and Luz Marina Valencia formed the family business with their children. The beautiful city of Colombia witnessed The birth of Marval. -
1979
They built in Bucaramanga the first building called MARVAL, later they located in Socorro with the Manuela Beltran urbanization and in Girón with the Corviandi One construction; municipalities where homes with no upfront fee were built in Colombia. -
1980
In the 1980s they built single-family and multifamily housing developments, with recreational areas included. The first residential complexes built in Bucaramanga and its Metropolitan Area were: Torres De Alejandría, Santa Bárbara, Quintas y Palmeras Del Cacique, El Limoncito y San Carlos. -
1993
They started public works in Bogota, such as cycle routes, malls and Transmilenio. -
1994
They made one of the most significant constructions in the center of Bucaramanga: La Triada international business center, it considered as the most important building of all Santander, intended for offices, hotel, financial center and cafeteria. -
1996
they started constructions on the Atlantic Coast with important housing projects in the cities of Santa Marta and Barranquilla, where they are currently leaders and continue to offer different housing solutions. -
2012- present
after 2012, Marval began his foray into many cities in the country not only with housing projects also with office building projects and shopping malls
