Satellie Technology
The photographs reduce from data gathered by Landsat 1 and its successors showed Earth in ways it have never been seen before. Satellites use sensors to detect changes in the wave link of light that is reflected from earths surface. -
Landsat Images
This was used to find a new cite of new dinosaurs and early mamale fossils and the Gobi desert. This helps then pin point areas of sedimentary rocks and low vegitations. -
Earth's Observing Systems
It does not provide high-resolution images of Earth. However, it provides precise measurments of Earths processes such as , air-land, and air-sea exchanges of energy, carbon, and water.
