By 1924, automobiles were now being used by almost half of the country; 43% of people were reported to have used or be using a car. The rise in the automobile industry was one of the largest and most expansive of the Jazz age era. -

This bill limited the amount of people that were allowed to immigrate to America, making visas only available to 2% of each amount of people applying from each country. -
