In El Buen Pastor Hospital in Arecibo, Puerto Rico. -
Informal Education
Even when my family was all latin americans, I was expose to watched some bilingual educative programs as Sesame Street. -
Pre-school
Begin my formal education in Head Start but everything was in spanish. -
Elementary and Secondary Education
I study in Ignacio Dicupe Gonzalez in Lares, Puerto Rico. Between 1st thru 6th grade I had greats English teachers. They motivate us a lot.. They taught us the basic vocabulary but not enough to mantain a conversation. -
High School Education
I studied on Ramon de Jesus Sierra High School. On 11th grade I had a teacher that change my vision about the English language. He gave us inspiration to become bilingual person. Use a lot of strategies to acquire vocabulary and mantain a conversation. -
Collage
In UPR, Arecibo, Puerto Rico. I developed my english conversational skills. -
Joaquin Vazquez Cruz Bilingual School
This was my first bilingual experience. I became the First grade teacher for 2 years. I taught Social Studies and English. -
Summer work
I worked in C.A.D.E (for it's acronym in spanish Centro de Adquisicion y Desarrollo del Español). I became the spanish teacher for students with spanish limitations. -
Return home
I'm back to my home, Joaquin Vazquez Cruz Bilingual School. Again I'm the First grade teacher (Social Studies and Spanish). -
Cambium
We still expanding our knowledge taking trainings to acquire strategies to teach in Bilingual Schools in C.A.B.A. in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. -
Bilingual Certification
I began to studied in Sagrado Corazon University in Santurce, Puerto Rico to get a Bilingual Certification.
