Chapter 4
Roger and Maurice stomp on the littleuns sand castles. Roger throws rocks at the littleuns but doesn't hit them. Ralph and Piggy see a boat in the distance, so they go up to the hill and they try to relight the fire but it is too late. When Jack and the hunters get back, Ralph yells at Jack because Jack was suppose to be in charge of the fire. -
chapter 1
a plane crashes with boys that are going to war. Piggy and Ralph meet each other. Piggy finds a conch shell and suggests that Ralph blow into it to signal the other boys who could possibly be on the island. -
chapter 2
Ralph blows the conch again for a meeting. Jack and his choir become hunters and their purpose is to hunt for meat. One of the little kids claim to have seen a beast called Beastie, but Ralph and Jack tell the kid that there isn't any beast. -
chapter 3
Jack tries to catch a pig, but the pig escapes. Jack goes to the beach where Simon and Ralph are building huts for shelter. Ralph is mad because none of the boys are helping him, and instead are playing. -
chapter 5
Ralph blows the conch to call a meeting. Ralph tells the group that everybody is not helping out. Once again a littleun tells about the Beastie. Jack and Ralph tell him that there is no such thing. Jack says that if there is such a thing then he and his hunters will hunt it and kill it. -
Chapter 6
All the boys fall asleep, but the twins were suppose to keep watch but fall asleep. A battle is going on and a parachutist gets killed and lands on the island. In the morning, the twins light the fire and see the dead parchutist which they think that it is the beast. -
Chapter 7
A big male Boar comes running and Ralph hits the boar, but the boar manages to get away. Jack and some boys along with Ralph pretend that one of the boys is a pig and pretend to kill him but don't actually hurt him. Simon tells Ralph that he will make it home. -
Chapter 8

chapter 9
Simon goes up the hill and sees the dead parachutist. Simon the goes back to tell the others, but then gets killed because he gets mistaken for the beast. The corpse lands on the beach because Simon let the corpse go. The boys were then screaming when they saw the corpse. -
chapter 8
Jack blows the conch shell. Jack tells the group that Ralph is a coward and that he should be chief instead of Ralph. Later Jack has his own tribe and they hunt down a pig. When Jacks tribe isn't at the pig's head, Simon takes a look at the pig's head and the pig head talks to him and tells Simon that the boys will have some fun meaning that they will do some bad things. -
chapter 10
Piggy and Ralph feel really bad about killing Simon. Jack is a bad leader. Jack then tells the tribe that Ralph and his group are dangerous. Jack and some of his hunters raids Ralph's camp, and steals Piggy's glasses for making fire. -
Chapter 11
Ralph and his group try to re lite the fire but it doesn't work because Jacks tribe took Piggy's glasses. Ralph and his group have a meeting and decide to go see Jack and his tribe. Piggy gets killed. -
Chapter 12
Ralph hides in the jungle away from Jack and his tribe. Ralph finds the skull head of the pig and takes the stick and uses it as a weapon against Jack. Samneric give food to Ralph and they tell Ralph that Jack will send some of his members to go hunt him. When Ralph reaches the beach, there is a naval officer.
