Plane Crashes
By the end of World War two an atomic bomb has been dropped. A group of British school boys are taken away from the destruction by plane. Something goes wrong and the plane crashes on a remote island, leaving the boys stranded -
Rescue Fire
Ralph has an idea to start a fire on top of a mountain on the island to act as a signal to near by boats so they can be rescued. The boys gather as much dry wood as they can find and use Piggy's glasses to start a fire. The fire ends up getting out of hand and nearly burns the island completely down. One of the boys dies. -
The First Hunt
Jack and a group of the boys decide they they need to find more food. They go on a hunt to kill a wild pig, but there attempt was unsuccessful. -
Dead man
During the middle of the night, a man attached to a parachute lands on the island, but he is already dead. They let the mans body go into the ocean. Seeing the man makes the boys believe that there is a "Beast" on the island with them. -
Splitting Up
Throughout the story, Jack and Ralph have tension. Jack is finally tired of Ralph and creates his own group that has less rules and is more savage. -
Simon's Death
The boys beat Simon to death after he tells the he thinks he knows who the beast is. They let his body go in the ocean. -
Piggy's Death
Piggy dies after Roger pushes a heavy rock off a cliff, and it his him. Although it was an accident, Roger shows no sympathy. -
Ralph is Rescued
While on the run from jack and the hunter, Ralph rums into a Naval officer. He is shocked. Although the Officer doesn't realize that the boys are not just playing a game, her rescues Ralph.
