A ride on the London Eye takes 30 minutes, and it travels at a speed of about 0.6 miles per hour. From the top of the London Eye you can see things about 25 miles away. On a clear day, you can make out Windsor Castle. It is one of the highest viewing platforms in London.
I think the London Eye is beatiful because of all the light and because it is so big. I went for a ride but I would really love it.
