In first grade we began reading chapter books. My favorite chapter books were the Junie B. Jones ones. I remember wanting to get the Stupid Smelly Bus book form the book fair, but being too afraid to ask because of the word "stupid" in the title.

My sister who’s 2 years younger than me, would sit me and my two cousins down and we would play teacher. She would give us extra worksheets she would get from school, and she would read to us. Occasionally, she would let me be the assistant teacher.

When I was in third grade, my favorite book series was Diary of a Wimpy Kid. My cousin gifted me his old collection of them.

My eighth grade teacher starts book clubs. I was assigned the book, Harbor Me, I really loved this book and I believe that I learned a lot from the book.

I began reading the Good Girl's Guide to Murder series. I have read the first 2 books but I will start the third one soon. In my opinion I really like the books and I really like mystery in general.
