Learning to Read
It wasn't difficult for me to learn to read. The subject began when I was around 4 years old. My mother was very into reading. My favorite book was The Foot Book. -
Short Escape
A lot of inappropriate things were witnessed by me as a child, so I used a particular book series as an escape. This series was Little House On The Prairie. -
An Interesting Discovery
There was a book series that I fell in love with when I was 12 years old. This was the Harry Potter series. I still love these books today. I classified myself as a part of team Slytherin. -
Love of Music
I have always been a huge lover of music. It wasn't just the instrumental. I felt as though the music I listened to I could relate to. The lyrics were comforting. I used to read the inserts of CD's while I listened to the song. A few of my favorites as a teenager were Simple Plan, Sum 41, Good Charlotte, Blink 182, Evanescence, and Avril Lavigne (only the 2001 to 2004 version of A.L.). -
First Year of High School
In my first year of high school, I was looking through the school library to find something to read. I wanted something new and interesting. Something bizarre that would catch my eye. I had found it. There was a series called Cirque Du Freak. It was an extremely eye catching series. Although I will say, since they came out with the movie, THE MOVIE RUINED THE WHOLE STORY LINE!! -
The Kids
I read all the time to my children. They love all different kinds of picture books. Their personal favorite is There Was An Old Lady Who Swallowed A Fly.
