At first I hated the secret garden and I always remember wanting to read it but it was too hard for me to understand so I couldn't. But the older I got the more I tried to read it and the easier it became to understand, and I ended up really liking the book -

The outsiders was one book that I enjoyed in school. At the time it was hard for me to understand, but I think it taught me a lot and helped me in future readings. -

I liked reading this book because it was interesting to read about different types of lifestyles. It taught me that everyone comes from a different environment and opened my eyes to things i wouldn't have normally known. -

Eggs was a book I read for enjoyment and I liked because I wasn't forced to read it for school and I liked the author. -
Stargirl
I read Stargirl for fun and I really enjoyed it. I also read other books by Jerry Spinelli because they were easy for me to understand and he made reading more fun for me. -
The Great Gatsby
The Great Gatsby was fun to read, it was a little bit hard for me to understand but I had watched the movie prior to reading the book so it helped me understand the book a little better. -
Romeo and Juliet
I hated Romeo and Juliet because I didn't and still don't understand Shakespeare at all and it didn't help me learn anything. -
To Kill A Mockingbird
To Kill A Mockingbird was an interesting book and one that I actually did read in high school. I liked reading it because it had a good story line that was easy to follow. -
Lord of the Flies
Lord of the Flies was also interesting and fun to read. I don't really remember the actual book I just remember the plot. -
