    20-29 years old. During this decade I will try to focus on eating healthy, getting good exercise, avoiding illegal substances, and getting enough sleep. I will also routinely have a medial checkup every 2 years, an self testicular exams. My focus for healthy eating in this decade will be having a well balanced diet and eating protein, calcium, potassium, and healthy omega 3 fats. I will also limit processed foods and eat a lot of fruits, vegetables, as well as maintain a healthy portion size.

    My focus for physical activity will be to exercise regularly, and maintain a healthy weight. My focus for preventive health care will be to protect my skin and eyes, avoid indoor tanning salons, practice good hygiene, find a primary health service provider, and talk to family about family medical history. Lastly in this decade I will focus on improving our maintaining my sexual and emotional health.

    30-39 years old. During this decade I will try to maintain a healthy weight, get enough sleep, and get the recommended amount of exercise daily. I will routinely get a dental exam every 6-12 months and get advice on health care from my primary health care provider. My focus will be to eat healthy by eating fruits and vegetables as well get my essential minerals and vitamins. My focus is to get good physical activity at least 30-60 minutes most days of the week and maintain a healthy weight.

    My other focus in preventive care is to not smoke, not get too much sun, drink alcohol in moderation, avoid illegal substances, take over the counter medication as directed, reduce stress, manage my BMI, and take my health provider's recommendations on screenings. Finally, in my 30s I will, in special concern, take care of my sexual and reproductive health, my mental and emotional health, skin care, and back pain.

    40-49 years old. During this time I will focus on a healthy diet and keep eating the things I've been eating in the past decades. I will focus on getting good physical activity by getting regular exercise and resting well by sleeping a good amount. I will focus on preventive health care and work on chronic pain, stress, blood pressure, BMI, osteoporosis, and anxiety and depression. Finally, I will routinely get medical, dental, comprehensive eye, and blood pressure check-ups.

    50-51 years old. During this decade I will follow the tips and focus on chronic health problems. I will routinely get medical, dental comprehensive eye and blood pressure check-ups as well as cholesterol and diabetes screenings. I will maintain a healthy diet consisting of fruits, vegetables, etc and cut back on sodium and high unhealthy fat food. I focus on good physical activity by getting at least 30-60 minutes of exercise most days of the week as well as getting good sleep and resting.

    Lastly, in this time I will also focus on preventive health care through reducing the risk for abnormal blood sugar levels, anxiety, cancer, changes in vision, chronic pain, depression, digestive issues, ED, hair loos, hearing loss, and more.

    60-69 years old. During this time I will learn about the warning signs for serious medical conditions, talk to my doctors about problems I am having, and will follow my health care provider's recommendations for screenings. I will routinely get a flu vaccine as well as blood pressure, bone density, colonoscopy, dental, and eye check-ups. I will focus on maintaining a healthy weight and eating a healthy diet full of fruits, veggies, fiber-rich whole grains, and non or low fat dairy products.

    In this time I will focus on great physical activity by getting at least 30 minutes of exercise a day on most days of the week and finding the best type of exercise that fits my body.Lastly, I will additionally take care of my cognitive and mental health, always wear a seat belt, make sure I have a smoke detector/carbon monoxide detector at home, and take steps to reduce risk for falls.
