Developed Female Organs (Biosocial)
In the first three months I developed female reproductive organs because I did not have the Y chromosome that commands the development of male sex organs. -
I'm able ro recognize my mother's voice. (Psychosocial)
My hearing is fully developed at around 23 weeks and I am able to recognize the voice of my mother. -
My brain is formed. (Cognitive)
At 36 weeks, all parts of my brain are formed. Although the number of my brain cells are still increasing, the different parts of my brain are visable. -

On July 1st, 1993 I was born as a healthy child at Garden City hospital. -

I play with and get along with my siblings, and learn to look up to them. -

Although I was raised bilingully, my first word was "mama" at age 5 and a half months. -
Crawling (bisocial)
At 5 months old, I fist learned to crawl backwards. By 6 and a half months, I was able to also crawl forward. -
Climbed stairs (biosocial)
At age 8 months, I am able to climb the stairs alone. -
My First Step (Bisocial)
When I was 11 months old, visiting my grandmother in Jerusalem, she stood me against a wall and I took my first step right outide of her house. -
Alphabet (cognative)
At age 2 and half, I was able to sing my ABC's and identify most letters. -
Riding a tricycle (bisocial)
I was very proud of myself for being able to ride a tricycle on my own at age 3. -
Made my first friend (psychosocial)
At age 3 I had strong bonds with my first non-family friend. It was my neighbor, Brittney who was a year older than me. I even "ran away" from home a few times to go play with her at such a young age. -
Reading (cognative)
I am able to read short books by age 5. -
Writing (cognative)
By age 5 I am able to write short, but complete sentences. -
First day of kindergarten (cognative)
I began a new structured learning process and was cognatively challenged in new ways. -
Sunday school (psychosocial)
At age 5, I started going to Sunday School. I was exposed to the Christian religion. A lot was expected of me morally by my family, and I looked for the approval of God in the choices I made, even at such a young age. I also formed bonds with other children in Sunday School. -
Swimming lessons (bisocial)
I started taking swimming classes with my sister. I was able to swim and dive by age 6. -
Puberty (biosocial)
During the very last week of 6th grade, I began my first menstrual cycle. I considered myself a woman this day. -
Started middle school (psycosocial)
I was able to "start over" in a new school with new people. I made many new friends here. -
Joined the drama club (biosocial)
I joined the drama club with my best friend in 7th grade. -
My first musical (biosocial)
In 8th grade I was part of my school's musical, Suessical the Musical. -
Questioned my religion (cogntive)
I start questioning my religion and slowly lose faith. I didn't expect it or know it at the time, but I never regained my faith in God. -
Went parasailing (biosocial)
I took a risk and went parasailing with my sister and older cousins. It was nice to go out of my comfort zone and be adventurous. -
Became vegetarian (biosocial)
Sometime during my sophomore year of high school, I stopped eating meat. -
My father died (psychosocial)
At age 17, as a senior in high school, I unexpectedly lost my father to a heart attack. This was a very traumtizing event because I was the only one there when it happened. This event effected me in various ways and took me a long time to cope with, accept, and move on from this event. -
Lost my friendships (psychosocial)
Ater the death of my father, I requested that my teachers keep it confidential. I was bad at expressing myself and showing weaknesses to my friends, so I widthdrew myself from them completely. -
Graduated high school (cognative)
I graduated high school with a high GPA. -
Began college (cognative)
I decided to attend Schoolcraft for the start of my advanced education and began attending in the Fall of 2011. -
Became interested in helth and fitness (biosocial)
After distorted thoughts about food, minor eating disorders, and lack of care for myself, I started becoming extremely serious about health and fitness. Up to date I've lost 50 lbs and at a healthy weight. I made this healthy habit into my new lifestyle and will continue on this path for the rest of my life. -
Chose my major (cognative)
I finally chose my major and created an educational plan for myself. I will soon a part of Eastern Michigan University's dietetics program. -
Take classes (cognitive)
Either at a community center or a local college I plan on furthing my knowledge in subjects that interest me in order to keep my brain functioning at it's best (cognitive) as well as meeting new people (psychosocial). -
Graduate college (cognative)
I'll graduate from Eastern Michigan University with my dietetics degree. I will have more responibilities towards myself, family, and profession. -
Begin my career (biosocial)
I hope to find a job in my feild shortly after I graduate. -
Go back to school (cognative)
After I graduate with my dietetics degree and find a stable job, I plan on going back to college to earn a personal trainer certification. -
Self employ (biosocial)
I plan to follow the footsteps of my current fitness trainer and begin my own side practice while maintaing a career in a health clinic, combining my dietetics degree and personal trainer certification to help others lead an active and healthy life. -
Meet my significant other (psychosocial)
By this time I expect to meet a man who knocks me off my feet. I plan to be in a serious relationship for a long time with this person. -
Starting a family (biosocial)
I expect to start a family relitively late in life, perhaps around age 30. There is a lot I want to accomplish with myself such as establish a good career and travel/spend lots of alone time time with my significant other before having children. When I have children I will be an involved and devoted mother. -
Maintain my career (cognative)
As a nutritionist/personal trainer I will have lots of information to retain and develop about health, nutrition, procedures, and clients. -
Join community groups (psychosocial)
I expect to be involved in my community. Voulenteering, social groups, and fitness groups. -
Become a caregiver (psychosocial)
This is the age my mother will be ner retirement and dependency. I will do my best to care for her and help her in any way needed. -
start doing puzzles and crossword puzzles (cogntive)
As I age I will do cognitively stimulating activities to keep my mind working at it's best. -
Menopause (biosocial)
I presume to start menopause in my mid 50s. -
Retire from my job (psychosocial)
I will retire from my formal nutritionist career around this time, though I plan to keep running exercise classes on the side for as long as I'm physically able to. -
Stop driving (biosocial)
As my reaction times and abilities begin to decline, I will stop driving to ensure the safety of myself and others. -
Assisted living (psychosocial)
I plan on remaining in good shape through proper diet and exercise as well as cognitive activities. I presume my children will check up on me 4 days a week and help me with house chores or shopping if needed or simply to spend time with me. -
Death
According to the life expectancy calculator, I will live to be 95 years old. I plan to live a fulfilling life and die happy with my family close by.
