Equal Pay Act
Made it so that employers had to pay all races equally, regardless of race and gender. -
Twenty Fourth Amendment
Eliminated poll tax in federal elections. -
Voting Rights Act of 1965
Gave African Americans the right to vote, and tried to eliminate racial discrimination, lots of federal supervision. -
Civil Rights Act of 1968
Provided equal housing opportunities for any race, creed, or origin and made it illegal to intimidate or inquire someone based solely on race.
