A positive role model is someone who is able to efficiently and effectively lead a group to success. Yes ideals have changed throughout time and I believe the change was caused because people lost the true meaning of a good leader. Leaders from the past are different because they are in most cases more honorable men then the leaders we have today. It is important to be positive so then the rest of the group is positive. The three most important traits are endurance, positivity, and honor.
