    The 13 Amendment law legalized/accomplished African American freedom by abolishing slavery in the United States. Some unintended consequence that the 13 amendment mad was They failed to fundamentally transform the structures of anti-black violence and degradation that contoured Black lives.
  • 14th Amendment

    14th Amendment
    They legalized/accomplished for African Americans freedom of citizenship to all persons born or naturalized in the United States Including formerly Enslaved people. One unintended consequence that the 14th amendment created was the effect of the citizenship clause on the force of the fourteenth amendment.
  • 15th Amendment

    Legalized/Accomplished for African Americans freedom was granted African American men the right to vote. THe 15th amendment had a significant loophole. It did not grant suffrage to all men which was one of the unintended consequences of the 15th amendment.
