In this year the law reforms commission hit an all-time low when parliament did not pass any of their proposed bills. -

In this year there was a backlog of 36 bills which parliament had failed to consider. -
Halliday Review
This review found that the main problem with the Law Reforms Commission was the inability of government departments to enact the proposed bills. -
