The Conquistador Hernan Cortes Comes to Mexico
Hernan Cortes was a Spanish conquistador. He was going to conquer the Aztecs to get all their treasures. He found many rivaling tribes that were willing to take on the Aztecs. First, Cortes went to take on the capital Tenochtitlan. The spies saw him and the Emperor willingly gave him the Empire because the Emperor thought that Cortes was a "god". -

Cortes Defeats the Aztecs
Cortes first, siezed the Aztecs Emperor as a hostage. Then, Cortes had killed some Aztecs and the Aztec Empire rebelled against the Spanish conquistador. In the end of all the fighting, the Spanish had killed 240,000 Aztecs. The Aztecs had killed 30,000 of the people who had helped him. Cortes had finally conquered the Aztecs. -

Conquistador Francisco Pizarro Conquers the Incan Empire
Francisco Pizarro captured and killed several Incan leaders including the Incan Emperor. Pizarro had captured the Incan Empire even Cuzco was captured by the Incans. -
Disappearance of the Mayan Empire
No one is really sure what caused the disappearance of the Mayans. I could have been anything like war against other tribes, deadly diseases, all of their crops might have ceased to grow, there might have been a very bad famine, or there could have been a big drought that might have come over the Mayans. People are still questioning the disappearance of the Mayans. Though the cities were beginning to disappear, some Mayans are still living to this day. Millions of Mayans are still alive.
