The national bilingual program, 2004-2019
it was supported by British council and Cambridge, The goal was improve the communicative competence in english until to achieve that the Colombian people can be bilingues in spanish-english for the year 2019. British council realized diagnosis about teachers`contents and pedagogical knowledge and an improvement plan was proposed based in the diagnosis. -
