    As a nurse, sometime I have to physically help lifting the patient which led to back problems later in life. I have a small frame, Asian, low BMI, all those reason that I can predict myself later with bone and joint problems even though I drink lots of milk, take multivitamin daily.

While it is true that some parts of the body wear out this use, the opposite seems more the case, with exercise particularly importance to reducing the effects of age. Each species seems to have a maximum life span because of aging cells, which themselves may be affected by genetic forces and by aging immune system.
