First conflict PX41 serum discovery
After Gru Is captured He is taken to the anti villian league and Lucy shows him a video of a serum called PX41 and it changes animals into monsters. Gru and lucy need to track it down in a mall. -

Second conflict Gru Investigates El machos business.
Gru and Lucy meet a store owner who wants to buy cupcakes from the shop where Gru and Lucy are undercover in the mall. Gru recognizes the mans face and thinks that the man is El Macho. Gru decides to investigate the mans business late at night with Lucy. They break in and look for traces of the PX41 serum in the mans shop. The man finds that they have broken in but they get away and he doesn't see their faces. Also they found no traces of the PX41 serum in his shop. -

Third conflict Gru investigates other shop
When Gru investigates another shop he finds traces of the PX41 serum but cannot investigate more because he is distracted by his daughters new boyfriend. Later other Anti Villian members find the serum in the same shop Gru did but the guy who owns the shop is saying he was framed. Now that they found the serum they didn't need Gru or Lucy anymore. So lucy Is leaving for Australia and Gru and Lucy have to say goodbye to each other. -

Fourth conflict Gru goes to El machos mexican party
When Gru goes to El Machos Mexican Party He is not completely sure if he is el macho so he searches around and finds a secret lair for El Macho and it turns out the man is el macho and el macho has used PX41 serum on all of Gru's minions and El macho has made an army. Lucy misses Gru too much and jumps out of the plane that is headed for Australia. when she lands she is captured by El Macho and strapped a sharkrocket that is headed to an active volcano. -

Climax Fight against army
Gru sets out to make a cure to the PX41 serum to save his minions. He conquers all of the army with his daughters help and he saves Lucy barely from the volcano death then Gru kills El Macho. -

Falling action/resolution
Once they defeat El Macho and save his minions Lucy and Gru get married. That is the end of the movie!
