The Republic Expands
Year; 300 BC As Rome's Government changed, the Roman population continued to grow, and so too did the need for more land. They would conquer their neighbors for it. As they keep winning more land things got much better for them. Based on the amount of might they had, it must have been easy. -

The Law of the 12 Tablets
Year: 450 BC
The Law of the twelve tables was compiled around 450 BC as Rome's first written law codes. They were organized by Patricians at the insistence of the plebians. The laws included dealt largely with trials, a key issue in relations between the two classes in Roman Society. They tell of how the 2 classes got along, and about early Roman society. Though I searched to see if they still follow, no results have been found. -

Patricians and Plebians

The founding of Rome
753 BC In the middle of the peninsula, the city of Rome grew up. According to legend, Romulus and Remus, twin brothers who were raised by a she-wolf, founded the city of Rome in 753 BC. Whether or not Romulus and Remus actually existed, the people who built Rome were members of an Indo-European tribe known as the Latins who had reached Italy in the 1000s BC. Though it is only a myth, it makes the history of Rome more interesting.
