    John Dupre was known for his views on the pluralistic model of science in opposition to reductionism. John Dupre believed that not all science could be reduced to a simpler science. Reduction science believed that each set of science could be explained by another smaller for of science. Dupre's belief that it was more complex than just having another science explain it.
