Kepler's Studies Before He Took Action
Went to Graz to work as a landscape mathmetician and a teacher for mathmatics. He wrote atrological calenders and he studied atronomical problems. -
Kepler's apprenticeship to Tycho Brahe
Johannes was an intern to Tycho Brahe, and had the most updated tools for his study at the time. He saw the possiblity to test his astronimical theories, but Brahe was a geocentric world viewer (Saw the world as the center of our solar system) Kepler was Heleocentric world viewer and often conflicted with each other. After the death of Brahe in 1601, Kepler viewed Brahe's data and instruments to study his heleocentric theory. -
Witnesses Super Nova- Leads to Thinking of His Theories
Kepler witnessed a Super Nova and he worked on the Atronomia Nova in which he wrote down his results about the orbit of planet Mars. -
Figured out Planetary Orbit
Figured out the planetary orbit of our solar system was in an elipse and not a circle, believed planets were kept in orbit by a life force. Best known for Laws Of Planetary Motion (foundation for Newton's third law of gravity) and published first two laws of planetary motion.
