After Phillip's parole officers found out he had two daughters, the day after he was almost arrested, they confronted him. He lied saying they were relatives and Jaycee's name was "Alyssa". Fearing Phillip, Jaycee backed him up. However, Phillip finally broke down, confessed, and was arrested for his crimes, along with his wife, Nancy. -
