Pearl Harbor
On the morning of December 7,1941 in Hawaii the Japanese Navy attacked the United States naval base at Pearl Harbor.
Blood everywhere, anger and fear inside every airman’s eyes. 2,335 U.S. Servicemen were killed and 1,143 were wounded that morning. -
Presidental Proclimation No. 2525
This allowed the U.S. government to relocate anyone it chose from all areas believed to be military value. -
President Roosevelt orders re-registration of suspected "enemy" aliens in West.
President Roosevelt ordered and established limited strategic areas along the West Coast and requiring the removal of all suspected "enemy" aliens from these areas, -
President Roosevelt signed Executive No. 9066
Roosevelt signed executive order 9066 by authorizing secerratary of war or military commanders designated by society to establish "Military areas" and exclude any or all persons tyhat are Japanesse. Roosevelt's goal was to remove all aliens. -
President Roosevelt signed Public Law 503
FDR signs public law 503, making it a federal offense to violate any order issued by designated military commander under authority of EO 9066.
