The dodgers got to the pennet. In 1947 when Jackie has his rookie year the dodgers go to the pennet. They will face off against the New York Yankees. This was Jackie's first pennet. -

The dodger lose the pennet. They fell short to the Yankees. The sereis was 4 to 3. This would end Jackie's rookie season. -

jackie wins MVP of the year. In 1949 Jackie Robinson was the most valuable player. He was playing for the Dodgers when he won it. It was his first MVP award.
