The First Arab-Israeli War

Fought between Israel and some Arab states. This caused the second stage of the 1948 Palestine war.

700,000 Palestinians Become Refugees

Sep 26, 1948

Due to war over 700,000 Palestinians had to leave their country. One third of them went to the West Bank, one third of them went to the Gaza Strip, and the rest went to Jordan, Lebanon and Syria

6 Day War

This war was fought between June 5, through June 10, with Israel, Egypt, Jordan, Syria. The main reason for this war was from some actions of Egyptian President Gamal Nasser.

Yom Kippur War Begins
